Frozen pipe

A frozen pipe can cause extreme damage.  In the before picture, the ceiling and insulation, actually fell onto the ground.  It made a huge mess, for the homeowners to wake up to, not to mention scaring them awake!  SERVPRO of Meridian was able to provide mitigation services to the homeowner.  It took a lot of hours of cleaning up the fallen debris, removing flooring and even putting plastic over the hole in the ceiling, before we could even start drying!  Due to extreme cold temperatures in January drying, unfortunately, took longer than normal, but the after pictures show we were finally able to get the customers back to normal.
